Maintenance programs are available for both residential and commercial.
 
Typical residential systems are $158 per year which includes 2 visits. One in spring and one in fall. If you have a humidifier and want it serviced add $39.00 which includes a new water panel. 
 
Planned maintenance customers enjoy the benefits of a 10% discount on services we provide, and 24 hr priority service when needed,
 
We will contact you prior to each visit to arrange a time, or you can schedule a time rite here through our web site.  
 
Commercial customers please call for pricing. Commercial refrigeration planned maintenance agreements are also available.
 
 
Furnaces & A/C: we sell and install Goodman and Carrier/Bryant H.V.A.C. equipment.

1.  Clean and adjust thermostat

As you shop and compare, remember that not all Air Conditioner maintenance offers are equal.  At Action Heating & A/C., we offer a Spring Special for our 20-point Air Conditioner maintenance which includes:

1.  Check air filter

2.  Check belt tension and condition

3.  Check vanes of blower for dirt build up

4.  Lubricate motors and bearings

5.  Check and set air bypass dampers

6.  Shut down humidifier (if applicable)

7.  Check condensate line

8.  Check thermostats

9.  Check condenser coil 

10.  Check contactor contacts for burning 
11.  Tighten all 220V screw down terminals

12.  Check capacitors for swelling leakage

13.  Check condition of wiring

14.  Lubricate fan motor

15.  Inspect cabinet for signs of oil or Freon leaks

16.  Check disconnect for fuses and condition of same

17.  Check amp draw of compressor and fan motor

18.  Check temperature drop across condenser

19.  Check temperature drop across evaporator

20.  Check Freon level if needed
